after examinig the facts, Jeorge ruled, Randy thw einner!!
Hello friends, Please find the below given game between Regis and Randy. In it, there is a dispute on the last move. Randy captured the piece by playing Bxd3+ in his last move. However, I and Randy didn't hear any move from Regis after that in reply. As a result, Regis kept on losing his time. I also kept on informing him about the remaining time. And since he was approaching to last few minutes, I preferred to provide him the timing details very often. And to that also he didn't object, by asking why am I losing my time? When the game got over and I informed him that he lost the game on time control, he said, that it was an easy move called Bishop takes Bishop. And according to him he did play it. But we didn't copy it. To that, the real question is still there why didn't he object earlier when he was losing his time? Anyway, I have recorded that game's audio on skype. So I request the Tournament director to listen the same and make it available for Regis as well. Because, he also expressed his desire to listen it. And also I request Tournament director, to provide him the required instruction on how to listen that recording. Now the game: Battle of the Brains, round 4 Regis Gerbaux vs Randy Kruzeniski Result: either adjourned or black wins Time left: white - minus one minute, 44 seconds, black - 27 minutes, 28 seconds.
